These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website and related services provided by GSC Anti-Aging Lab, and the rights and obligations of the Company and of users.
The purpose of these terms is to set the conditions for using the services provided on the website operated by the Company: access to information, corporate study enquiries, and applications to take part in clinical trials.
“Service” means the whole of the information and submission functions provided by the Company through the website. “User” means a person who uses the Service under these terms.
The Company provides the following services.
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service where this is unavoidable, such as for maintenance, replacement or failure of equipment, or a communications fault. In such cases notice is given in advance; where that is not possible, notice may be given afterwards.
Users must provide accurate information when applying or making an enquiry, and must not misappropriate another person’s information or enter false information. Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service, and unauthorised reproduction or distribution of published material, are prohibited.
Copyright in the content, materials and images published on the website belongs to the Company. Users may not use them commercially without the Company’s prior consent.
The Company is not liable for any inability to provide the Service caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, power failure or network faults. Information published on the website is for reference; the conditions of any individual study are governed by the contract and the study protocol.
Disputes relating to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s place of business.
